Salong Lyng is a fictional hair salon in Sandviken, Bergen. The example shows how we would make prices and booking clear, so customers can book straight away.

The problem
- There is no price list, so customers have to call and ask.
- Booking only happens by phone, and nobody can answer in the middle of a haircut.
- The photos are generic stock images that show neither the salon nor the stylists.
- The page has a heavy image slider that makes it slow on mobile.
What we would do
- A clear price list for the most common treatments.
- Online booking, connected to the system the salon already uses, or a simple new one.
- Real photos of the salon and stylists, with a short introduction to each.
- A fast homepage without a heavy slider, with “Book now” clearly visible on mobile.
- A Google profile with opening hours, services and a booking link.
