★ PACKAGE BUILDER ★

Build a package around the goal.

This page is not a copy of the services list. Here you build a working plan around a specific business goal — with the right sequence, a clear scope and only the parts that are actually needed.

★ THE PACKAGE IS BUILT AROUND THE GOAL

Three decisions before we talk price.

Services are building blocks. A package only becomes useful once we know which problem must be solved, what should come first and how the result will be followed up.

1. CHALLENGE

What is blocking growth right now?

It may be low visibility, a weak website, expensive campaigns, missing follow-up or unclear data.

2. SEQUENCE

What needs to be in place first?

We avoid buying traffic to a weak landing page or automating a customer journey that is not clear enough.

3. MEASUREMENT

How will we know it works?

Before the start, we agree which actions, leads or metrics should actually be tracked.

★ CHOOSE YOUR NEEDS

Build your starting point.

Choose what is relevant now. We use the selections to understand the direction — not to produce an automatic price or sell everything at once.

Choose at least one service above.
Planning and prioritisation
PRIORITISATION

We do not need to choose everything.

If your choices point in several directions, we would rather divide the work into phases. The goal is a logical sequence — not the biggest possible package.

Phase 1: Foundationstructure, messaging, website, tracking or technical gaps.
Phase 2: VisibilitySEO, local search, ads and content once the foundation is ready.
Phase 3: Follow-upCRM, email, CRO and further optimisation once traffic and leads are coming in.
★ GROWTH PLAYBOOKS

Four situations. Four different working paths.

These are not copies of the service pages. Each playbook shows a typical business situation, the right sequence and what we try to achieve first.

Digital foundation before and after
PLAYBOOK 01 · FOUNDATION

From an unclear website to a clear customer journey

Best when the website is outdated, the message is unclear or traffic arrives without visitors understanding the next step.

SequenceUX/structure → content → website → technical SEO → measurement
First goalA site that explains the offer clearly and makes the contact path easy.

Local visibility and organic growth
PLAYBOOK 02 · LOCAL DEMAND

Become visible where the customer actually searches

Best when the business has a strong offer but competitors appear before you in local search, Maps or relevant Google results.

SequenceTechnical check → local profile → search intent → content → follow-up
First goalBetter local discoverability and clearer signals about what you offer and where.

Advertising, landing page and measurement
PLAYBOOK 03 · LEAD ENGINE

From ad spend to a trackable enquiry

Best when you want to buy visibility but need the campaign, landing page, form and measurement to work as one system.

SequenceOffer → landing page → tracking → campaign → optimisation
First goalQualified enquiries that can be traced back to the campaign.

Analytics, CRM and lead follow-up
PLAYBOOK 04 · FOLLOW-UP

From incoming lead to structured follow-up

Best when leads are already coming in, but it is difficult to see status, follow up properly or learn which sources are actually working.

SequenceLead flow → CRM stages → email → dashboard → CRO
First goalNo leads without an owner, a status or a defined next action.

★ WHAT AFFECTS THE SCOPE

Two businesses can choose the same services — and still need very different work.

That is why we do not use one fixed price for everyone. Scope is affected by what already exists, how much must be produced and how complex the setup is.

01

Current setup

A new build, a redesign and an optimisation project require different amounts of work.

02

Content volume

The number of pages, products, ads, videos or email flows affects production.

03

Integrations

Payments, CRM, forms, booking, feeds and other systems can make the setup more extensive.

04

Languages and market

More languages, regions or audiences require more structure, content and quality assurance.

05

Measurement

Simple contact tracking is different from full campaign, CRM and revenue reporting.

06

Approvals and collaboration

The number of stakeholders, revision rounds and who supplies content affects delivery.

★ PHASE PLAN

We can divide the work into phases instead of doing everything at once.

01

Stabilise

Fix what blocks conversion, tracking or credibility.

→
02

Create demand

Build visibility with SEO, advertising and content once the foundation is sound.

→
03

Follow up

Connect leads to CRM, email and clear next actions.

→
04

Optimise

Use data to improve what already works and remove friction.

★ FAQ

Questions about packages.

Do you have fixed standard packages with one price?

Not by default. Needs and existing setups vary significantly, so we define scope first and provide the agreed price in writing before work starts.

Do I have to buy everything I select in the package builder?

No. The package builder is only a starting point. We may recommend removing, postponing or phasing services if that makes more sense.

Can we start with one service and expand later?

Yes. It is often better to solve the most important bottleneck first, measure the effect and expand in the next phase.

What happens after we submit the package builder choices?

The choices are used as a starting point for assessment. We review sequence, dependencies and what actually needs to be delivered before scope and price are agreed in writing.
