Your own online ordering instead of only ordering apps
Ordering apps give visibility, but often take a large share of every order. With your own ordering on your website you own the customer relationship and only pay a fixed monthly price to us and normal transaction fees to Vipps. Many cafés and shops use both: the app for new customers and their own ordering for regulars.

How it works

What it is not

Do we need a Vipps agreement?
Yes. You sign a Vipps agreement in your company’s name, so the money goes straight to you. We help with the application and set it up.
What does it cost?
From NOK 7,900 for set-up, plus NOK 390 a month for hosting, updates and support. Vipps fees come in addition and are paid to Vipps. No VAT is added.
Can it be added to the website we already have?
Usually yes, especially on WordPress. On other platforms we can make a separate ordering page with your design and link to it.
How is this different from your online store?
The online store is for selling goods with shipping. Online ordering is made for quick orders that are picked up the same day.
Can we pause orders when it is busy?
Yes. You can pause ordering or set longer pick-up times with one click.
