Kafé Smørblomst is a fictional café at Nordnes, Bergen. The example shows how we would make it easy for guests to find the menu, opening hours and book a table.

The problem
- The menu is a PDF that has to be downloaded and zoomed on a phone.
- Opening hours on the website, Facebook and Google do not match.
- Table bookings only happen by phone, even when the café is busy.
- There are few photos, and they are old and do not show the café as it looks today.
What we would do
- The menu as normal text on the page, easy to read and easy to update yourself.
- Opening hours in one place, shown the same on the website and the Google profile.
- Simple online table booking with a confirmation to the guest.
- Map, address and a “Directions” button at the top on mobile.
- Room for fresh photos, with help choosing the best ones.
