Can the chatbot give wrong answers?
AI can be wrong. That is why we limit it to approved content, instruct it to say when it is unsure, and review conversations regularly.
What about privacy?
We only ask for necessary information, explain the processing in the privacy policy and use vendors with a data processing agreement. Conversation logs are kept for an agreed period.
Must it say that it is an AI?
Yes. The EU AI Act requires users to be told they are talking to an AI, and a Norwegian AI act is in preparation. We label the chatbot clearly regardless.
Does it work in English too?
