For clinics and health services we write replies that do not confirm that someone is a patient (duty of confidentiality).

Do you reply to reviews in our name without us seeing it?
No, not without agreement. By default you approve the replies. For positive reviews we can agree to reply directly using a fixed template.
What do you do with negative reviews?
We draft a calm, factual reply and recommend taking details into a private conversation. If a review breaks Google's policies it can be reported – but Google decides.
Can you get us more reviews?
We help you ask real customers for reviews in a simple way, for example with a link or QR code. We never buy or write reviews.
Do we have to give up ownership of the profile?
