Common questions
Is AI relevant for a small business?
Yes, but start small. Among small businesses (10–19 employees), four in ten use AI in 2026 according to Statistics Norway. Most get the most out of starting with one concrete task before buying more tools.
What does it cost to get started?
Google profile setup costs NOK 1,990, and simple automation starts from NOK 3,900 + NOK 290/month. Larger AI work gets a fixed price in writing after a free assessment. All prices are agreed in writing.
Which AI tools do you use?
We choose based on needs and what you already have, for example ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and established chatbot and automation services. Licences are bought in the company's name.
What about privacy and regulation?
We follow data protection rules, use data processing agreements and label chatbots as AI. For sensitive data we recommend a separate privacy impact assessment.

- Google Search Central — Google states there are no extra requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode: the page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet in normal search.
- OpenAI — ChatGPT search uses the OAI-SearchBot crawler. Sites that block it in robots.txt cannot appear in ChatGPT search answers.
- Microsoft Norge — Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is included with qualifying Microsoft 365 plans; the full version is a per-user add-on.
- Google Business Profile Help — Google encourages businesses to reply to reviews, and prohibits offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews.
- Regjeringen — The EU AI Act requires that users are told they are talking to an AI. A Norwegian AI act is in preparation; we label chatbots clearly already today.
