The terms

1. Applies to website projects (Start website, Business website, Online store Start and the “Visible locally” bundle).
2. Two revision rounds are always included. If you are still not happy with the design, we do up to 2 extra design revision rounds free of charge, or one new design proposal based on the same content and scope.
3. The guarantee applies before launch, until you have approved the design.
4. It covers the design (layout, colours, fonts, images and look), not new pages, new features or a larger scope. These are priced separately, always in writing first.
5. Feedback for each round should be gathered in one message within 14 days, so we can keep the plan.
6. The guarantee does not affect your rights under Norwegian law.

The terms are also written into your offer, so you have them in writing before we start.
